Promoting a Healthy and Nurturing Environment for Parenting Children After Separation

The Massachusetts Courts’ Requirement: Mandatory Parent Education
Every year, more than 1.4 million American children are impacted by the divorce of their parents. The Massachusetts courts require parents of minor children to participate in a Parent Education program to (1) teach them about the effects of divorce on children; and (2) assist them in co-parenting on behalf of the children. This alternative option to meet the Parent Education requirement may be utilized upon Motion to Trial Court.  Please visit “Parent Education Programs” on the Mass.gov website for more info.

KidCare Online can be accessed on most desktops, laptops and tablets. With the Court’s permission, completion of KidCare Online will satisfy the Parent Education requirement.
